Our Story

Built on patience,
driven by craft

Handsome Devil BBQ was born from a simple conviction: that the best meals can't be rushed. What started as weekend pit sessions in a backyard in Walden grew into something the whole town wanted a seat at.

We source from local farms — beef from the Hudson Valley, pork from Dutchess County, produce from neighbors we know by name. Our rubs are mixed in small batches. Our sauces are cooked down slowly. And every single item on the menu spends real time in the pit.

This isn't fast food with a smoke ring. It's food made for people who understand that the best things in life — and on the plate — require time, attention, and a little bit of devilish enthusiasm.
